I’m Amy, a bridal makeup artist based in Hereford, specialising in modern, skin-focused bridal makeup.
My obsession with skin is personal. I’m an oily-skin girl, sensitive-skin girl, eczema-prone girl and a former acne sufferer, so I know first-hand that creating beautiful skin isn’t as simple as reaching for a “glowy” foundation and hoping for the best.
Having experienced acne, Roaccutane, sensitivity, eczema and an oily complexion myself, I understand how unpredictable skin can be, and how vulnerable it can feel to trust somebody else with it, particularly on your wedding day.
It’s why skin preparation, product selection and longevity sit at the heart of my work. I understand the difference between healthy-looking luminosity and makeup that has simply become oily, why more powder isn't always the answer, and why sensitive or textured skin often needs a far more considered approach.
My bridal style is polished, modern and recognisably you: real skin, softly defined features and makeup designed to look beautiful both in person and on camera. Whether you want barely-there makeup or a more defined soft glam, everything is tailored to your skin, your features and how you want to feel.
